Our Response to COVID-19

OUR STAFF ARE FULLY VACCINATED

OFFICE SERVICES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

For the protection of our unvaccinated clients, we continue to conduct additional cleaning and sterilization procedures which are designed to minimize the risks of surface borne contamination.

 

We respectfully ask all of our unvaccinated clients to remain socially distanced and to wear an appropriate face covering when in the presence of other unvaccinated visitors.

NO-CONTACT REMOTE TAX PREPARATION SERVICES

If you are experiencing any COVID symptoms, or if you are in a high-risk group and cannot be vaccinated, then we strongly urge you to use one of our no-contact tax preparation services as follows:

  • First, use any of the following methods to contact us:   

  • Next, we’ll need your tax documents.  Our Resources page contains lists to help you gather the required documents depending on your circumstances.

  • You can get your documents to us using one of the following methods:​​​
    • Use our SECURE DOCUMENT PORTAL to upload your digital copies, scans, or images of your documents (a photo taken with a phone will normally suffice).

    • We can pick up your documents within South Venice for no extra charge; for a small agreed fee, we’ll collect from other areas of Venice and further afield.

    • Mail them to us in the traditional way.

  • We’ll prepare your tax return.  We’ll call or email you as necessary to discuss any issues.

  • Once your tax return is prepared, we’ll contact you to discuss the outcome and agree a convenient method for you to sign and return it, and to make the payment.  Then your tax return will be e-filed as normal. That’s all there is to it!
